• Sports Medicine Career Pathways Program -
• Attended a sequence of classes offered at Saugus High School which increased my knowledge and skills in the area of health science and sports medicine. Classes were taken during the day and after school through the Sports Medicine Pathway Program and sponsored by Henry Mayo Hospital.
• Volunteered 15+ hours a week at various sporting events throughout the summer and school year by shadowing and assisting a professional athletic trainer.
• Selected to compete on behalf of SHS for the regional sports medicine skills competition where we received 2nd place overall.

• Designed, constructed, installed, and painted 4 shade structures for the rescue dogs.
• Oversaw 22 volunteers and 307 volunteer hours. Personally contributed 93 volunteer hours between January 19, 2019, and September 21, 2019.
• Completed the project under budget and was able to donate the surplus $1,500.00 to the animal sanctuary.

• Troop Guide - 3 terms- Reported to the troop leaders directly and was responsible for making sure the younger scouts were doing okay. New scouts knew I was the person to talk to if they had any questions. I guided the older scouts though situations that challenged them and offered suggestions for troop activities. I was also in charge of helping the younger scouts with rank advancements.
• COPE Trained- (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience) a program designed to foster goal setting, personal growth, team building, and leadership through a progression of challenges and experiential activities involving ropes, safety gear, and climbing

Saugus Strong - School Shooting Survivor
Guided, supported, and planned functions to help my friends and myself deal with the trauma we went through after the shooting at our high school on Nov. 14, 2019, in which 3 students were killed and 3 more were shot.
Made an extensive effort to check on, and offer support to friends and classmates dealing with PTSD from the shooting and who are now challenged by the isolation associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.

The GYLS is a program that takes place at UC San Diego, CA, and is designed to help teens around the world identify and sharpen their own core leadership strengths and skills through small group discussions, service-learning experiences, leadership games, and other exercises. Keynote speakers from around the world presented topics ranging from ways of contributing to communities to various leadership techniques.
