  Has anyone had any luck finding a remote summer internship during the pandemic? I've been searching Indeed and LinkedIn. Would like to know other sites. Thanks!

  Hi Jasmine, I hope you have made some progress in finding a remote internship! I would also recommend checking out the following websites and opportunities in the future:
  
  • Candor: crowdsourced list of companies that are hiring and have hiring freezes
  • Handshake: list of 500+ companies hiring college students right now
  • Parker-Dewey: micro-internships that are short-term, paid professional assignments
  • InsideSherpa: virtual experience programs, jobs, and opportunities
  • Reaching out to alumni from your college for Summer work is always an option too!
  • If all else fails, it never hurts to brush up on skills through programs like EdX, Coursera, Skillshare, Udemy, Lynda, and free online Summer courses offered by universities like Harvard and Yale.

  For sure! I also just found out that Hire Houston Youth has re-opened applications through June 5th, and I imagine many of their opportunities are being adjusted for remote work: https://hirehoustonyouth.org/youth/
