To get us familiar with College Application Essays, my AP Literature teacher gave us an assignment where we had to find a college that we wanted to apply to and write their application essay. I chose a topic from Texas A&M University which was to, "Describe a circumstance, obstacle or conflict in your life, and the skills and resources you used to resolve it. Did it change you? If so, how?"
