History
Wendy's Twirl Girls, Grades 9-12- Coached in this baton twirling organization during summers, weekly practices, and performances. This organization is intended to raise the self esteem of young girls and tweens through baton twirling, dance, and gymnastics. (150+ Hours)
Precision Auxiliary Corporation, Grades 9, 11- Assissted in furthering baton twirling skills in high school majorettes. (10+ Hours)
District Commissioner Campaign Volunteer, Grade 9- Volunteered for district commissioner campaign. (10+ Hours)
Special Olympics, Grades 10, 11- Assissted in transporting students with disabilities to their designated event. Helped take down decorations. (10 Hours)
Georgia Marathon, Grade 11- Passed out water, Gatorade, and other necessities to marathon runners. (8 Hours)
Delta GEMS, Grade 9- This organization pushes young, African-American women to make a difference in their communties through various community service activities such as packaging food for soldiers, gift wrapping toys for less fortunate families, and packaging medical supplies for less fortunate hospitals. Chick Fil-A Leadership Academy, Grade 12- This organization is designed to instill leadership skills in high school students so that they may distribute those qualities in their school and communities. As a community service activity, our chapter helped package more than 50,000 boxes of food for less fortunate families. (10+ Hours)
Pi Zee Theta Math Club- In addition to participating in math competitions, Pi Zee Theta takes part in community service activities such as Toys for Tots, canned food drives, and Letters to Soldiers. (40+ Hours)
