As a varsity athlete in track and field I was accepted (after numerous interviews and applications) into the club varsity athletes against substance abuse (VAASA). It was an absolute pleasure to educate my peers and middle schoolers about the dangers of substance abuse and listening to the stories they shared. Being accepted into this club my sophomore year has changed my life for the better.
