Community Service
History
I served as a community health intern during the summer of 2019. During my time as an intern, I researched about food insecurity in low-income neighborhoods and even started an initiative called Wellness Wednesdays in a local community center. I taught kids about the importance of healthy eating and about healthier, affordable food alternatives.

I am also an innovation fellow under Johns Hopkins' Brancati Center for the Advancement of Community Care. I co-founded a dance initiative called Beats Per Minute with a fellow senior and used the initiative as a platform to help Baltimore Youth improve their stress.
