Education History
I was born On April 28th, 1997, to a Bolivian father and a German-Brazilian mother in the port town of Hamburg, Germany, where I used to go to school. In school, I had to deal with bullying along with a biased tracking system that hindered me from completing my school. I, therefore, decided amid tenth grade to move to the U.S. instead to fulfill my career. I went to a socially troubling night school in Miami, Fl, where I had to deal with problematic students and a harsh environment. On top of that, I had to integrate into a new foreign culture and learn to speak English fluently. After graduating from a community college with an Associate of arts and a GPA of 3.87, I was accepted by the honor society Phi Theta Kappa. I was even fortunate to become admitted to Columbia University, where I plan to major in political science and graduate approximately on January 1st, 2023. The road which I followed has not been easy, but it surely never is. I, however, want to make it easier for others as I know from my own experiences how it feels to be labeled and left behind.
Additional Info
One day I hope to enter international affairs. I could imagine working as a UN diplomat around the world, mediating between conflicts, negotiating deals, and contributing to bilateral and multilateral political stability in order to continue and improve societal progress.
