The goal is to defy the odds and finally get my degree, allowing me to become a better "bread winner" for my family (husband is disabled). Current-Baylor Scott and White Hospital: Administrative assistant/transcriptionist in the pathology department. Prior, since 2007, I have been a medical transcriptionist, working remotely, for several companies, some of which have undergone buyouts. Endured a few layoffs in the process.
