Karate:
I do a style of karate called Tang Soo Do. I have been training for over eight years. I am currently a second degree black belt as well as an assistant instructor. This means I work with students to help perfect their techniques. Sometimes I am doing just that. Other times I am working with a new student on their first class, teaching a student something new, or just overseeing another group and making corrections as needed.

Additional Info
All were required by my high school except for tutoring
Teen Outreach Program (TOP) - I went out and did various community service projects, including going to a nursing home and helping there and helping tend to a community garden
Music Makers - Taken during my sophomore year of high school. This community service group provided musical entertainment for the school and community. I would pick a song of my choosing, rehearse it, and perform it.
Glee Club - Similar to Music Makers in the sense that it provided musical entertainment, but sang in a group instead of solo.
Capstone - Graduation requirement. I helped a food pantry called Project PIN (People In Need) by hosting a food drive and a fundraiser for them. I was able to raise over $100 and got 180 items donated.
