I graduated in May 2020 from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors degree in Animal Science with a focus towards veterinary medicine. I also obtained a minor in Microbiology.

I have been on the President's Honor Roll many times while attending Oklahoma State University.
Additional Info
I was recently accepted into Veterinary School at South Dakota State University. I will graduate in 2025. I would love to go back to my home roots and live in a rural small town, and practice both large and small animal medicine. If I were awarded this scholarship, it would be used to help pay for vet school.

I did not play any competitive sports in College (I did do Track and Field in high school) but I love working out. I love running, especially with my Golden Retriever named Remi. I also enjoy lifting weights and HIIT workouts. Working out really helps me destress and I love the empowering way it makes me feel. There's nothing better then starting the day off right with a workout, or going on a sunny weekend afternoon run with Remi.

Employment History
I have been working for a few years as a vet tech/ assistant at a few different vet clinics. The first clinic I worked at was in Edmond Oklahoma. It was called The Visiting Veterinarian. From there, I worked at Cobb Veterinary Clinic located in Midland Texas. Currently I am working at Neel Vet Hospital in Oklahoma City. While I was attending Oklahoma State University, I gained more equine experience from working at Char-Lin Ranch in Cushing Oklahoma. I also have customer service experience due to the job I had in high school at Frontier City in Oklahoma City.
Community Service
History
I frequently spent time at the Stillwater Humane Society while attending OSU. While I was there, I would play with and walk the dogs, help clean kennels, help feed animals, and spend time playing with the cats. I have also spent a lot of time doing community service because I was involved in 4-H when I was younger.
