History
During my junior and senior year, I have been apart of the Niles Township Dance Marathon. Dance Marathon is a student run organization who selects a different charity each year to donate all of our proceeds to at the end of that year. In May, towards the end of the school year, we have a 6 hour event celebrated all the money we have raised for our charity. For my senior year I was selected to be on the Executive Board of Dance Marathon. The Executive Board is split up into different committees that are given specific responsibilities. I served on the Merchandise committee who was responsible for designing merchandise for Dance Marathon and delivering the products to be people who have purchased them.
During the winter of 2018, I worked as an intern on the Daniel Biss for Governor of Illinois campaign. I was required to volunteer 10 hours a week until the March 20th election. During my time as an intern, I was responsible for managing volunteers, organizing and running events, and reaching out to voters via text, email, or phone.
