Check out about a dozen medical/health-related programs offered in the U.S. below. I listed links to websites that have already compiled lists of medical programs for students, and I have selected a few programs I thought looked interesting and highlighted them with more detailed descriptions. Some of them are not solely for students pursuing medical/health careers, but they are still STEM-related. I spent the past week looking at the kinds of opportunities that are offered in the medical field for high schoolers, and needless to say they are all highly competitive and some can cost a lot of money! Nonetheless, I think that with a lot of thought and consideration put into applications then that would certainly help chances of getting into these programs. Some scholarships are available to students as well!
NOTE: If you are interested in applying for a program that does not offer housing, you should still consider reaching out to program staff to see if they can provide you with a list of off-campus options that students have chosen in the past.
