  The Shift Press fellowship is an online, 10-week PAID fellowship for eight Greater Houston-area youth to develop journalistic and critical thinking skills.
  
  Eligibility: Open to all Greater-Houston area high school-aged residents.
  
  That’s right, no required minimum GPA. No resume. No class ranking. No letter(s) of recommendation.
