The Source is a nonprofit located in Sarasota, Florida, as a part of Planned Parenthood. The Source educates young adults in areas such as sexual health, drug addiction, and bullying via afterschool discussions as well as touring theatre productions.
I began as an actor in The Source, visiting hundreds of schools in the state of Florida, then went on to write scripts for their film department. Our film, When the Party Ends, was accepted into the Cannes Film Festival in 2015, as well as Uganda's first LGBTQ film festival.
