This was an essay I submitted as part of a scholarship application in support of Earth Day. The scholarship required me to talk about a current or past service project I have worked on and its impact to the environment, in which I talked about my Eagle Scout project. Unfortunately, I didn't win the scholarship, but I did appreciate the time I took to reflect on my Eagle Scout project and its impact on the environment.
