This paper was written in my Diversities class my freshman year, and I examined Islam and Middle Eastern culture through an interview with the school's Muslim Student Association's faculty advisor. The review, and this paper overall, are significant to me in several ways, largely because it was my first chance to independently engage with something that was "new and different," if you will.
