2017 Scholastic Art Silver Key Award Medium: Colored pencil The piece depicts an old canteen bottle in front of red cloth, as well as a bee and a ladybug "dancing" a corner of the cloth. The canteen was drawn using a still-life object as reference, though some of the scrapes on the bottle were moved around to better represent how Earth looks.
