This skirt was designed, sewn, and painted by me. It was inspired in the life of Noemiz Ruiz, an amazing Puerto Rican artist who's work I admire each day. Differing from, this project was about empowering and important woman in our Puerto Rico. Apart form this, I modeled the skirt on a school event, as seen in the picture, next to my visual arts team.
