Employment History
• Barista Social: I balanced daily cleaning chores, baked good, serving customers, and 400+ dollars in transactions daily. I formed connections with regulars and made sure I could do all in my power to make them happy. Employers said I was a favorite amount customers and co-workers due to my positivity, dedication, and work ethic.
• Metropolitan Donuts and Coffee: I opened the store each morning at 5 before school. I learned how to safely handle a 420° fryer, point of sales, and uncomfortable situations whether that being safety concerns or with customers.
• The Human Bean: I took around 100+ orders per shift and put a large focus on perfecting my customer service as this was my first drive thru coffee shop job. I could handle long orders by myself and had the drink accurately and swiftly.
