• Saint Louis Children's Hospital - Tri My Best Triathlon at Washington University - I help disabled athletes through the course by cheering them on and handing out food/water - 4 years - for 4 hours once per years
• SPENSA (Special Needs Soccer Association) - I am paired with a special needs athlete and we play soccer together, warming up, passing, shooting, and a scrimmage - 4 years - for 2 hours 4 times per year
