My passion is to lead and manage training in diversity, teambuilding, and organizational behavior. In order to do what I love I must finish my degree. I have 12 classes left and working full time while going to school. I am the head of my household with one child under 18. This scholarship would truly help me to not go into debt in terms of student loans. Thank you for your consideration.

I've worked in the electric utility industry for 34 years. I am a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) since 1999. I recently received a specialty certification in Organizational Management (OM) this year.
Community Service
History
I am active in my church. Where I work we focus on giving back to the community by providing scholarships every year, we have a grant program for teachers to receive up to $2,000 for their innovative classroom ideas. To date we have given away over $200,000. in these grants. I coordinate both of these programs.
Additional Info
In addition, I serve on an events committee where I work. We look at ways to raise money to support local charities in the counties that we serve.
I also volunteer at local elementary schools to participate in their STEM Night, Career Day, and Earth Day projects.
I'm also in charge of the golf tournaments that our company sponsors in order to give back to the community.
