I graduated from L'Anse High School in 2014. I attended Northern Michigan in Fall 2014 until Spring 2016. I transferred to Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College in Fall 2016 and graduated in May 2019 with an Associate's Degree in Anishinaabe Studies (Native American Studies).

Baraga County Communities that Care is a non-profit organization in my town. I worked for them for about a year and half. During this time, I learned so much from my boss. I learned about leading meetings, recording meeting minutes, organizing, and recording inventory.
